Grameenphone went out of service!
The users of Grameenphone suffered for almost half an hour on Monday. In the afternoon, the customer faced problems with voice calls, internet and SMS services.
Immediately, the victims started posting their anger on social media. The complaint is all about not getting the Grameenphone network! It says SIM not registered on network. What is the story of GP brother!
Acknowledging the ordeal, Grameenphone's official Facebook page posted a condolence post. It is said that due to technical problems, we sincerely regret that some customers have temporary problems in using the call and internet services. Our staff worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. Grameenphone's Head of Communications Sharfuddin Ahmed Chowdhury told the media that due to technical problems, some customers are having some problems using calls and internet services, which have already been resolved.
Earlier in September last year, Grameenphone's network was disrupted due to technical problems. In February of the same year, Grameenphone's network was down for two hours due to a fiber optic cable cut. It may be noted that Grameenphone is the mobile phone operator with the largest number of subscribers in Bangladesh.
